Untitled Landscape 3

I began this painting outdoors near Peotone, Illinois, working as a powerful storm gathered around me until thunder, strong winds, and driving rain finally sent me packing. I continued it in the studio over the following week, completing the final touches at 2:30 in the morning on July 1, 2024.
