Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges
Shipping is charged separately from artwork prices. We do not offer free shipping. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Rates depend on the artwork’s size, product type, framing, quantity, and delivery destination. Larger pieces may require oversized packaging and higher shipping charges.
Print Orders
Open edition prints are produced to order and shipped directly by our printing partner, Printumo. Production begins after an order is placed.
Production time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates vary by product and destination and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking information will be provided when available. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.
Original Artwork
Original artwork is packed and dispatched separately from our Boston studio. Production, preparation, packing, and shipping arrangements depend on the individual work. Any special shipping charges or delivery arrangements will be disclosed before purchase.
Delivery Information
Please confirm your shipping address before completing your purchase. Contact gyan@gyansamaraart.com immediately if you notice an error. Address changes may not be possible once an order enters production or has shipped.
Additional delivery charges resulting from an incorrect address supplied by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility, where permitted by law.
International Orders
Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes collected by our store will be displayed before payment. Depending on the shipment’s origin and destination, additional import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges may be payable by the recipient where permitted by law and disclosed as required.
Customs processing and carrier delays may affect delivery estimates.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your artwork promptly upon arrival. Report shipping damage, visible defects, or an incorrect item within 15 calendar days of delivery by emailing gyan@gyansamaraart.com.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the artwork, affected areas, exterior shipping container, inner protective packaging, and shipping label or barcode. An unpacking video is helpful if available.
Retain the artwork and all packaging until we provide instructions. Do not return or discard anything without authorization. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
Delayed or Missing Shipments
If tracking shows an unusual delay, or your order is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us promptly. We will help investigate with the printing partner or carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to delivery, loss, damage, or defective goods.
