Packaging and Fulfillment

Original Paintings

Every original painting is carefully packaged and shipped directly from Gyan Samara Fine Art. Artwork is protected with appropriate surface-safe wrapping, cushioning, and a sturdy shipping container. Packaging is selected to protect the painting, its surface, and any included frame during transit.

For shipping estimates, we plan approximately 4 inches of protective clearance on each side of the artwork, adding approximately 8 inches to its width and height. The depth allowance also accounts for protection at the front and back. Actual box dimensions and shipping weight depend on the painting, framing, and final packaging and are confirmed before shipment.

Original paintings are shipped with tracking and insurance. Oversized paintings may require additional handling and shipping arrangements.

Open Edition Fine Art Prints

Open edition prints are produced to order, packaged, and shipped directly by our printing and fulfillment partner, Printumo. Printumo determines the appropriate packaging and shipping method for each order. Gyan Samara Fine Art's original-painting packaging allowances do not apply to these prints. Production and delivery times vary by print size, finish, framing selection, and destination.

Limited Edition Prints

Limited edition prints are not currently offered for sale. When available, they are expected to be packaged and shipped directly by Gyan Samara Fine Art, generally in a protective mailing tube when suitable for the paper and format. Final packaging, shipping, and insurance details will be confirmed before these editions are offered.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is not free. Available delivery options and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Charges vary by destination, artwork dimensions, packaging requirements, and the products ordered.

International Delivery

We ship to selected international destinations where delivery is available for your chosen product. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges not collected at checkout may be payable upon delivery.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships. Production time for made-to-order prints is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your artwork upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly through our Contact page and retain the artwork and all packaging. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for the applicable reporting period and full documentation requirements. Nothing on this page limits your statutory consumer rights.
